Making-thinking is at the heart of the transversality of the three ecologies. We look forward to doing that together. We are excited about the new 3E forest location in the Upper Laurentians, and would like to open one of the ecological houses for artist/writer residencies for certain periods. Space will be available for residencies for $50/night + $145 cleaning for the whole stay (shared by those doing the residencies). There are three closed rooms (each with its own bathroom) available. Off-grid energy system combines solar electric panels with wood burning stove for heat. Do be aware that in the winter months, this means being able to make a wood fire!
An ecological house is like an organism – it thrives best with some attention and tender loving care. We will give you pointers and be available to answer any questions you might have. There is a propane backup generator to ensure that the electricity is never an issue – though we do try to minimize fossil fuel usage to keep the planet green!
Residencies will occur at specific times and will only be possible if we have a full house (if all three rooms are booked).
